 Business Developer, SafetyNet Incorporated, 07/2001 - 04/2002

·        Worked on analysis, design, and development phases of the new corporation E-commerce website. Responsible for gathering customer specifications, analyzing current corporate sales data, systemizing management report catering to respective category of service, structuring work flow, building User Interface prototypes, coding, testing, and implementing the website (www.fleetsafe.com);

·        Responsible for development and maintenance of SafeWare Program, a program dedicated to take advantage of the in-house Microsoft SQL Server to facilitate customers' online access to service reports and account management, by using ASP, JavaScript, SQL, and ODBC for E-Commerce application.

Business analyst / Business Manager, China Southwest Airlines, 07/1993 - 08/1998

·        As a business analyst in Marketing Dept., responsible for daily collection & analysis and monthly presentation on  cargo service sales and quality control to top management using MS Access & Excel;
